    Were awesome when dealing with my 86 year old nana. Didn't try to push her into anything or sell her a bigger or more expensive car. Malcolm in used cars is a star!!!!

    Update: previous review was a reflection of an individual employee. I have since been contacted by management and they have been very responsive and customer focused. I have been refunded the difference and all parties are happy.

    At first they were brilliant - but then i discovered i had been utterly ripped off. I bought an LDV (don't ever buy one of these!) The salesman offered me a deal and i took the van. When my accountant got the paperwork she noticed they had put the price up by $3000 and reduced my trade in by $2000. I am currently in the process of taking them to court. Worst deal ever.
